About the Event

Black women across generations and geographical regions are coming together to share their experience of finding purpose, breaking down barriers, and becoming true examples of “Black Women Excellence”. This virtual session has been created to ready, connect, and inspire black women, like you, who want to thrive in all your resolutions this new year.

Whether you're an aspiring leader or seasoned professional, this keynote will ignite the confidence to lead with authenticity and strength.

  • Join us for the Sister Circle Chats, an intimate space designed to spark meaningful dialogue, build community, and inspire growth. Led by expert facilitators, these breakout sessions invite you to engage in open, enriching conversations on themes that matter to your personal and professional journey.

These trailblazers will share their personal stories, including the triumphs, challenges, and lessons they’ve encountered while navigating work, life, and societal obstacles.

    In this session, the panelists will discuss:

    • Strategies for overcoming systemic challenges and breaking through glass ceilings.

    • Balancing personal and professional life while staying authentic to their values.

    • Navigating societal pressures and using their platform for impact and change.

We will engage in meaningful discussions about imposter syndrome and navigating microaggressive environments, while also reflecting on current societal events that shape the narrative of the “Black woman in America.” Together, we will celebrate our individuality, beauty, and wealth in the fullness of our Blackness!
